Tongda foundry makes lots of investment cast stainless steel links in China.Links, work as connector between two components, are important parts of a whole set machines. Pressure tightness is a very important factor for application of some investment castings, such as the valve body castings and pump body castings. Low pressure tightness of such products will lead to leaking problems, which will affect the safety or life time of the whole system. To control the pressure tightness of the cast parts, we do the press test on required products. The specification can be required by customers. Or we will carry out the testing according to our own standard.
To meet certain mechanical promperty or function requirements, some aluminum castings(both aluminum die casting and aluminum gravity casting) will be surface treated. This will increase the surface wear resistance property of the aluminum castings.
For concave mold, cavity,part concave mold,and core,can adopt combined or inlay spelling structure to eliminate the stress concentration.For long and thin convex mold or core,we will need to take proper protection measures on the structure.For cold-punching mould,we will use prevent configuration or waste blocking device
