Safety control during investment casting production

Safety control is one of the important process during investment casting production. In our foundry, we pay lots of attention in safety training and equiped our foundry with safety instruments.

Sand casting and lost wax casting is the main casting processes used in our foundry. The working environment is bad due to the heavy raw material carrying, special chemical liquid using, and temperature difference. Most processes during casting are manuelly, heavy and nervous. Some raw materials are with high temperature, some metal liquid require for special treatments or transportation with various equipment through complex paths. So, crashing, scalding, burning, etc. are usually happened. Besides these, fire explosion might also happen due to high temperature and high radiation heat environment. Dust, harmful gas, noise, vibration and dark environment will also affect the safety of workers. 

To solve such problems, we have to train and equip the workers safely.
